I approached Wight BITS to transfer the hosting of my site (www.fidelsdream.co.uk) to them, whilst trying to transfer, my website vanished. The old host company and the website designer both refused to let me have the back up as they said "it wouldnt work on the new host server" I got fed up of banging my head against a wall. Toby took over and after a lot of toing and froing between him and the old hoster, he had my website back and working!!! Toby helped us with Pro-coat painting from the start, he designed our logo and then built a simple website for us and supported us in getting our business off the ground. He’s helped with tech and advice, given us ways to get new customers and we’ve grown year on year. I recently moved both of my companies (www.wightaerials.uk) and ( www.ecassa.uk ) websites from 1&1 to Wight BITS, it now costs less to host them both and we get support the minute anything goes wrong instead of waiting half hour in a call queue. They’re now updating my sites, and they’ve given our social media a boost, provide tech support and are always willing to give help and advice and explain things in plain English when I have any questions about anything.
